How YADex shares and processes your data with third parties

YADex ("we", "us", "our") is committed to protecting the confidentiality of your business and personal data. This Data Sharing Policy explains the limited circumstances under which we share data with third parties, the safeguards we apply, and your rights under applicable Indian law including the Information Technology Act 2000 and the Digital Personal Data Protection Act 2023.

We share your data only in the following circumstances:

3.1 Government Portals (on your instruction)

We submit data to statutory portals solely for the purpose of filing returns or registrations on your behalf, including GSTN, NIC IRP, NIC EWB, TRACES, EPFO, ESIC, MCA21, and the Income Tax e-Filing Portal.

3.2 Payment Processing

Subscription and service fee payments are processed via Razorpay (NBFC-licensed payment aggregator). Only transaction reference data is shared; your financial records are not transmitted to Razorpay.

3.3 Cloud Infrastructure

Your data is stored on secured servers located in India. We do not use overseas data centres for any customer data processing or storage.

4. Data Retention

Financial and compliance records are retained for a minimum of 8 years in accordance with the Income Tax Act 1961 and GST Act 2017 record-keeping requirements. You may request deletion of non-statutory data at any time.

Under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act 2023, you have the right to access, correct, or request erasure of your data. Write to us at privacy@yadex.in.
